I am very disappointed with the service and product quality of myntra.com.few days ago I had ordered a black jeans from myntra.I was delivered to me with in two days but the product I received was like a used or very old product.Its quality and condition was very bad.I was shoked at that time watching the jeans.I ordered it via myntra because I had got some good feedback from my friend but unfortunately I got a bad product from myntra.
Though my product was replaced with a new and good product with in seven days, but myntra must take care of their products and delivery so the the customer don't have to face any problem regarding, the type of querys and replacing products and giving good customer service and also getting positive response from customers.I know myntra is a good shopping website but the type of mistakes and customer unsatisfactory can make their big name down.
