Its the worst inline shopping portal. They lure their customers by showing the low price on the product but as soon as the customer goes to buy the product they add additional GST charges. I am not against the GST. But they actually shoe the discount on the MRP which includes GST but at the time of ordering the product, they add tax. In his wa, y, they show more percentage of discount but inactuallylly don't give that much. One more fraud they do is that when any customer buys any product in the the deal period with a hefty discount, they don't ship the product and then cancel it. And when the customer tries to place the order again the price of the product is raised. Their customer service is the worst or the worst. They talk as if they are doing any favour. They don't know how to handle thee customer how to talk to customer designtly. They just try to impose their solution on you irrespective of your problem. They have some solution template and just give one of the solutions to you.
