This has been a pathetic experience with Myntra. The delivery person never delivered my product but marked it as delivered. There was no call, no OTP confirmation, and no proof of delivery. When I raised the issue, I got no proper response or resolution from Myntra support.
Its shocking that such a trusted platform allows delivery agents to falsely mark orders as delivered and then fails to take accountability. I expected much better service and transparency.
Highly disappointed. If this is not resolved, Ill be hesitant to place any future orders.
