I bought an arrow NYC blazer with an absurd 6000 bucks off on mrp on a vip slot of myntra eors. The order was placed on 21/6 and was promised to be delivered by 28/6. Upon not receiving any confirmation about the order getting shipped I placed 2 separate complaints on the customer service. On 28th morning my order was cancelled.
Now the reason cited was that it failed the quality check. Really? An arrow NYC product failing a myntra quality check which is famous for selling shitty brands.
Now let me tell you the real story here. The discount was absurd in the first place. Then myntra got it cancelled and the process of refund to the debit card payment takes a week minimum, more if you're unlucky. By then the product retails at near mrp that is 6000 more. So they hold your money for one week and then expect you to reorder after you receive a refund for more than double the price. No points for guessing who's the only winner here.
BTW myntra offers you a goodwill discount of inr 400( they label it as 40% but max 400) which seems miniscule compared to this discount.
