Hii friends, this is Sourav and I am going to share my experiences with Myntra. I had ordered one masts and harbour watch from Myntra . I found that the product I received have some manufacturing defect, so I request for return. However, to my repeated calls to Myntra customer care, I got a reply after 7 days that my request is denied because the product was shipped from their end post proper quality check. When I called them again and requested them to verify the product at least once, however, they refused to entertain. Their return policy is bogus. I lost my money and hope people should think again before ordering product in Myntra.
