I am very frequent user of Myntra and very dissapointed with the last expierience where delivery executive was not ready to pick up the item though I have received to manage from Mantra and same day return has been created. He misbehaviour services threathed me and told me to do what ever I can do he will not pick up and asking for don't know which approval.
Worst service I am the new customer case are also not supportive did not dilevered the order on time taken 7-8 days also the customers cares does not the knowledge about their products even they are unable to track it.
Worst app of online shopping. They don't provide you refund and not respond even defective when item sending by then and even if you return them.
IN MY LIFE I AM NOT GOING TO USE MYNTRA AGAIN AND WILL GO TO CUSTOMERS FORUMS IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED ON TIME
