At first instance I became a fan of myntra.com.my 1st order was for 3 t-shirts via my card and got them through'blue dart' within a week.! I asked my friends and my only sister to join immediately.
But had to face a few problems that were sorted out after it came into the notice of the vice-president(Mr. Bhuva) of customer connect of myntra
1)I ordered for 2 Proline t-shirts for me, they looked pretty cool on the site.But they turned out to be cheap material, bad fitting t-shirts.
Result: myntra immediately offerd soln., they hav a decent return policy, they will take bak d tees & giv me credit amt using which I can buy new products.
2) I ordered for a cool Adidas T-shirt for my dad, but Myntra delivers THE WRONG ADIDAS TSHIRT!
Result: Mr.Bhuva cald me and askd not to worry & he is lukng into d matter. they will take d tee back and give me d credit of d amt paid for d purchase & shipping at my convenience.
3)I immediately fell in love with the adidas super boost white shoes tht I saw on myntra.without wasting a second I immediately orderd it!
After few days-i see that my order has been cancelled, i m not notified! I cald CustCare myntra, they gav lame excuses and tell me tht I wont get the shoes!
Result: Mr. Bhuva said tht he wud luk into d matter personally and contact me with the solution.
He somehow arranged the shoes and has already shipped it within few hours aftr talking to me!
Myntra is doing great in the hands of an excellent Management guru like Mr. Chirag Bhuva who realises tht success in the market is by making this the thumb rule-'customer is king(god)'!
All's well that ends well.
