I have ordered first product with high hopes and subsequently the second product also. Then come world crashing down when I got the faulty product. I called up customer care then they asked me to send the pictures. I do sent the pictures and after that I was asked to send the product through courier.
After sending the product they went to numb mode. So called them up after a week and this time to my surprise they said the product failed myntra's QC. I did sent the same product of which I have sent the pics. So after conforming how can you reject in QC.
This not over yet they haven't sent me back my product. So after pursing a lot in FB official page of Myntra they finally sent back the faulty product back to me. They even lied to me for the date they have couriered to me in FB and comments are there if shitty representative of myntra has not deleted the same. By the way they deleted most of my comments because of I blasted their pathetic customer service.
By the way do check the shitty discounts Myntra offer in the stores and you'll find the same. So better to buy from store after checking with your own eyes then to buy faulty product from Shitty myntra. Please don't be so lethargic so myntra can strive with service.
