We are one of the suppliers of Myntra design private limited from last 1 year. Our product is men’s ethnic wear and brand “Rajyog”.
Always we supply materials to myntra.com against PO, raised by Myntra Design Pvt.Ltd. They give a slot date through E-mail after raising PO. Slot is a fixed date for receiving consignment in their warehouse. Consignment always should be reached on slot date, neither before nor after the mentioned slot date. Last consignment we send to Myntra but not reached at their warehouse on slot date. Due to heavy rain and bad climate consignment was not reached on time according to our courier vendor.
Consignment is still in transporter’s warehouse from last 4 months but they didn’t receive that yet. Also we didn’t get any response regarding this matter though we have send them numerous of mail and called in multiple number too many times. They can’t connect our call to respective department, told everybody who received our call.
This is a very bad experience as vendor on our part. Such an M.N.C. is not paying any attention toward a regular supplier for a serious matter. So question arising here universally that what is the safety of authentication of a vendor?
