My experience with Myntra is not good.
The product quality is worst. they its best but its not.
the delivery timmings are never accurate.
and the return policy. it just tests your patience. one has to create some account on which the money will be returned. but there are no clear instruction on how to create the account.
and the timmings of the man that comes to take the product. first he doesn't come at the said time, then he comes when no one's home. then you get a message saying its too late now you can't return the product.
should really work on quality of product and return policy, make it customer friendly.
