I seriously don't understand when you already have the resources, why have you let down customers so horribly? The app are time consuming and a serious let down. Payment process is not a good experience and it is quite obvious that scrolling down on a mobile is the worst experience.
The traffic which comes from mobile is after u've viewed things on browser and there are offers on the mobile app.
Am definitely a'signing off rather out' customer- you've seriously let me down.
