App Shows product is delivered, but to whom god knows. I didnt receive the product.
And when I tried to complaint about it customer care person says will get back to you.
But then no reply for so many days. when I call up them again about the same issue they sad ur packet has lost sorry about that.
Is this way to handle it?
they dont care about informing back.
they are so careless about the deliverables, pathetic service
