I am a regular online buyer with multiple websites like flipkart, zovi, jabong and what not! But I had a terrible experience with Myntra. if u by chance have to return the product, u r gonna have a tough time guys! I placed a return order, kept waiting for the pickup for 2 weeks. and I got a msg saying - Your return Request is cancelled! I had to again take the trouble to redo this, waited for 2 more weeks with multiple calls and followups. . only after escalating, I got the product then picked and got an update that I have received the money back. after a week, I happen to check ma account and realised there is no credit. I checked and got an update that I can get only a store credit! and I again had to keep calling / requesting! and then they say they have initiated the bank credit, may take about 7 - 10 working days.! which is close to 2 months! from the date of return request!
And this is how they handle their customers. Really bad service! Horrible processes!
