The concerned application is too slow as you all jio users are experiencing through out the initial day. They needs many upadates saying that they will fixes the bug, but every next time I am forced to the same slow problem. When the application was newly arrived, I had a lot of issues during the usage checking time.
I was used to call the customer care for the issue that I had not getting the exact data usage while checking for that. Because of this reason I have missed many other important things also. As we all have the my jio app, only for checking the data usage. For that only reason people istalled the application and the application is not good at that single function.
First I was compromising the things, but later on I just open up to their service centre and they did nothing about that. They said just update your phone and everything will be okay but it is not happened that way.
Actually what is wrong with them is their slowest outcoming feature. They can not show the exact data usage at exact valuable time. It generally needs a lot above time to laod the data to be come. They only need to work on this to be fixed because this is really annoying.
Here by using the application, since the lunching of the application my genuine review is based on that particular problem that I am still used to. They really need to improve this issue as they have millions of customers who are using this application just to know the data usage.
