I paid for their services in filing my return. My money got deducted but return was not filed so i raised the ticket with their support channel. However nobody responded it was just an auto reply that they will look into it. After few days I escalated this issue with them but was of no use. Any way i paid for the second time and tried re filing my return with them thinking that there could be some paying portal error but i was wrong and second time my return has not been submitted to IT department. Its nothing but plain cheating. I will approach consumer forum now and will also write to IT department to black list them. I urge all people who have suffered to take a similar action.
