I decided to try their services when my company digital form 16 linked off to their site.
I have had a bad experience doing so. Not only do I have to shell out a 200 rs to get this filed - I also need to personally ensure that the signed document is sent to the IT dept in time whereas other local agents do both at the same cost and saving the hassle of visiting the IT dept.
This is run by a company called Skorydov Systems Private Limited and is not exactly a govt affliated one. the filed online return which they mailed to me did not open with the password - and I was left to sort it with the govt dept to figure the issue.
Not to mention there is a date limit of 30 days by when this has to be done. I have written 3 times to Skorydov help center asking for clarifications and help and have received no response. I wish I had stuck to my regular routine and filed my return through a local agent instead of being continously tensed abt the process beign completed thoroughly. I woudl strong strongly recommend all folks not to use the services of this agency unless they have the time to follow up.
