I had one of the worst experiences using the MyITreturn website. I paid the fee expecting a smooth and professional service, but they never filed my tax return. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been zero response from their support team. No updates, no accountability, and absolutely no customer service.
This is not just poor serviceit's completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I feel cheated and ignored. If you're considering using Mytaxfiling, think twice. They took my money and delivered nothing in return.
Avoid this platform at all costs unless you want to waste your time, money, and peace of mind.
