I ordered a Frido wedge pillow to help with my neck pain, and the product itself seems genuinely effective. Many existing users also rave about the real relief and improved comfort. But the experience isn’t always flawless. Once, my delivery via Delhivery got stuck, the tracking app falsely marked it "delivered," and neither Frido’s support team showed the much-needed attention to the tackle situation. The customer service also isn’t always prompt, either; a few people on various review platforms reported no response and refunds dragging beyond two weeks. On the upside, the company’s CEO has been known to respond to a handful of customers personally, of course; I wasn’t one of the lucky ones, over mishaps about compressed packaging, he professionally and publicly acknowledged the issue and explained resolution steps to put the consumers at ease. So overall: solid product with a transparent brand face, but occasional delivery glitches and patchy support mean it’s wise to temper expectations.
