Customer service : - I recently ordered some surprises gift for the birthday but it didn't got delivered , if the order didn't got delivered on the date they provide which is same as the day I want it , there is no use of this website , I contacted their customers care but they told me due to some problems they could not deliver the product , I felt bad because I wanted the gift on selected date only as the surprise got ruined
Product quality: - after my surprise got ruined they delivered it 2 days late but I received the product As I wanted it the product basically was of A magic mug but it was not printed I mean if it is not printed it's not a magic mug , I did a refund
Delivery time : - as I shared earlier about my surprise , this websites delivery is very bad they never come on time so if you are planning a surprise don't use this website
App : - the ui of the website was also not that good , there were several bugs in the website
