Had a terrible experience with these fraudsters. Wife placed an order for a 1/2 kg cake for a same day delivery for a birthday as promised.
We got a call from their customer support saying they cannot deliver on the same day. We requested for a refund and the support personnel said they cannot refund the amount and the amount will instead be credited to their app for a later purchase. The amount never got credited.
Never buy from this site; you’re guaranteed to lose your money. Use a credible site or better still, find a local shop (bakery, florist etc) using Google Maps, call them up and get it delivered.
