This is a polite feedback to show my discomfort in future purchases of Mydala deals. I had faced embarrassment while using deal voucher.
I purchased a deal to have a small meal with my spouse @'Kukkare' but the restaurant was not willing to accept this coupon as they didn't allow me to use this coupon for meal of 2. They said I had to order for alone and cannot share with my wife; what crap.
Legally speaking, there is no where mentioned that'this coupon is for single person only'. This was so embarrassing & I came out of that restaurant without having my meal. Even after trying for some sort of solution the restaurant guy was not willing to cooperate He was just saying one scripted this that you can not use this coupon in sharing. I am not that idiot who let my wife watch me having food alone.
Now, what should I consider this deal as; was that mydala's mistake or Kukkare's intentional fraud. In all the cases I have lost my money & felt embarrassed. The deal was anyways fraud because Rs 300.00 worth of food is enough for a normal couple in an average food joint like; Kukkare.
I would not recommend anybody to buy deals from mydala.com untill fully sure of what they are writing in ENGLISH.
