Upon surfing internet on my mobile I have recieved a SMS from Mydala.com stating that I have received some coupon worth Rs. 99 which I have never ever opted for.
Upon checking my postpaid unbilled balance I found Vodafone has added Rs.99 in the unbilled amount without my concern and information.
I have taken up this matter with both Vodafone and Mydala in facebook and on mail aswell as telephonically, but I really afraid whether I will get back the Rs. 99 back to my account.
Mean while I have received a call from Vodafone(03371711218) but surprisingly they have disconnected the call just when I have received the call.
Secondly I have not received any calls from mydala.com but I have called up on their contact number they were very hurry to respond that I should get a call back tomorrow, and they have registered some complaint number 251267171313.
I have faced similar experience with M/s. Vodafone earlier too and I didnt got money refunded even after several follow ups and now again dont know whether to get back the money of Rs.99 from both mydala and vodafone.
will keep informed and posted upon any development in this issue.
