I left using My Airtel App because it doesn't support theire customers anymore. I experienced this three to four times.
Once I got an notification that they will give me an 50% cashback on the recharge through My Airtel App, so I had done the recharge keeping faith on them and waiting for almost 48 hours as they mentioned there. But after 48 hours I didn't got any cashback.
Then I complained this issue to the customer care but didn't got any satisfactoty answer from them, so now i'm satying away from this app.
