I have travelled 2 times with them.
The 1st time their service was exceptionally good. this was in 2014 oct.
In Jan 2015 I though of using their service again. To my utter dissapointment it was a nightmare.
I travelled with family.
I had to call 10 times to know the details of accomodation, driver etc.
The places of stay were pathetic and the service was really bad. There was no follow up from local rep. On calling the local rep. she was as if why did you bother me, her reply was please contact your must see india rep.
The driver was pathetic, rude and abusive. Just wanted to take us to places where he got a comission. Did not want to take us to places as per itenary. It was utter dissapointmrent. On calling must see india rep. they did nothing to tell the driver to behave. Just before I boarded my train I was so disappointed that I thought of lodging a police complaint against the driver. Please beaware and travel at your own risk.
Specially if you are travelling with family better go for some reliable travel agency.
To save a few bucks dont spoil your entire trip.
