The most important use of creatine is to provide you extra energy so that you can do more reps.
I've been using this product since last one and a a half month but never noticed any change in my reps.
I used to do 12 reps and after using MB creatine still 12 is my limit but I can push it to 14 but my muscles get very strained on doing so. Muscleblaze to be a good brand.
But after using its products I can say it's not a good brand.
THE CHANGE AFTER USING THIS PRODUCT WILL BE NEGLIGIBLE.
