?Musafir? caters to a special genre of movie watchers only, not a family entertainer though, but the suave script manages to glue a person, if in a theatre. The fast moving script doesn?t let you think about the plot much. The movie is presented in a sepia tone, which seems to be quite impressive, and it?s the first time this technique has been used in Bollywood.
The dialogues are crude and too much of punch lines. Mahesh Manjarekar is one hell of a smooth actor, which is one actor worth watching for. Sanjay Dutt is too type cast for a ?Bhai? (I wonder if he would ever get tired of playing ?Bhai? again and again).
This is totally an Anil Kapoor movie, though his acting has nothing new to offer, and neither do the two beauties Sameera and Koena, except for the skin shows, which we see often.
All in all it is just a once watch.
