Munnar is undoubtedly an awesome place. We regret engaging IRIS HOLIDAYS to take us for a trip to such a lovely place as they made it a total disaster. write from the start to the end , they kept mucking up the entire plan and their commitments were not kept.
They were so keen on getting the money after which they washed their hands off. The driver they provided was pathetic. Jain who initially interacted was good , suddenly she turned out to be rude and curt and stopped communication. The CEO Issac who took over proved to be a bigger trouble for us. Totally irresponsible and insensitive ! Would never advise IRIS for anyone .
