A comedy from Kamal Hassan, involving a kidnapping gone wrong, and various jokes and sentiments which come along with it. I'll keep the review brief, as there isn't much to say about it.

Something was missing from Kamal Hassan in this movie. I don't know, the way he was acting was like his mind was somewhere else. Maybe that was intentional but it just came off weird. A lot of the jokes were shot at you in the first half, but had no real effect. For instance, in the first few scenes where they are introducing Kamal to the plan, were obviously supposed to funny, and as the jokes came, I knew they were jokes, but they just didn't make me laugh....Illayaraja....well, he's one of my...no he is my favourite composer, but the magic was gone in this movie. I can't blame him when considering the movie he's composing for, but either way, I expected a bit more. The movie felt disjointed, but I have to say it was mildly entertaining in the whole. But I wouldn't reccomend it.
