I had a mts dongle for one year when the dongle stopped working. I had to apply pressure in order for it to work.
I called the customer care who gave me address of repair center, when got to the shop, they refused.
The mts coverage is bad, if you bought it from one circle, chances are it wont work in another circle.
The pricing of plans and data is too high.
Due to all these reason I had to, read I was made to switch to reliance jio, now I have a jiofi dongle which gives decent speed and has night free. which mts can only dream about.
MTS is a dead company. change your ways while you still have a handfull of customers.
