Dear Sir,
Please see the mail trail. I was having data card number: 9137176292. I have closed the connection in Feb and paid remaining bill. However I face the following.
1) I to get bill for connection which is asked to be closed and not being used.
2) I get regular harassment calls and SMS
3) I get SMS offer in spite of having this connection cancelled due to poor internet speed
4) I get phone call to plug data card as it is active according to MTS.
It seems that MTS doesn't want to cancel the card and charge money for the service which they continuously failed to provide in spite of explicit closure of data card and not using it any more.
