MTS operator is not as much as good. It is costly as well as it cheat account minutes Ballance. It's pakage is good but the other call Ballance cheated by it self whenever I not talk so much that it charge it's more ballance. Besides it's network does not get in all areas. I use mts operator more than 4 years only for 199 plan which now gives 750 local and unlimited mts to mts ( once I got 500min others and unlimited) besides its problem not clearity calls. Problem of call drops. I complained every time and repairs it. But after few days again problem comes. The customer helper says mobile problems whenever it's does not have any problem kn my handset.
