Since three weeks I am using MTS blaze. I am quite happy. But have few suggestions that would make MTS more enjoyable and less irritating to customers like me.


Here are a few suggestions:

  1. After registering to MTS selfcare, data usage details should be available immediately online for the customers. At present, every time I have to call MTS toll free number and their verification process is quite irritating. Even though when I call from registered mobile number, they ask MDN. no. registered mobile number, name and email ID.

  2. For MDN activation process when your customer care representative ask details like MDN No., Full name, registered mobile number, email ID, address, father etc. that is fine.  That one time process is acceptable. But whenever I call to check data usage, I have to provide that whole lot of details. Just one or two details  like MDN No. and registered mobile Number. That would be fine. Even that doesn't make sense to ask again the registered mobile number when I am calling from the same mobile number.  MTN representatives can see that in caller ID any other proof should be asked. Lets say, MDN No and date of birth or MDN No. and last name or MDN No. or email ID or MDN No. and address pincode something like that.

Hope someone will work on these issues.
