I would give this company a negative rating if possible. NEVER go with MTS!! After spending 3 hours on the phone with them I hung up crying because they just keep reconnecting me to different departments, I had to re-explain the situation atleast 5 times. And when I did finally get to the right department, they couldn't do anything for me. They are the worst.
Unless you're looking for corporate greed in a company, then by all means, walk into a store.
