MTS is the latest entrant to the mobile service providers list in Tamilnadu. It promises you a million minutes of free talktime between MTS and MTS.

Even the initial days with the service were very unpleasant. In order to penetrate the market which is dominated by biggies like Airtel, Reliance and BSNL, the new player MTS is using unethical means.
The chinese handset bundled out to you is worth 200 or 300 rupees only. It heats up fast and the performance level of its battery is abysmal. MTS has so called "Customer Care"and they have some tricks up their sleeves. You have a problem, get in touch with customer care and start talking to them..
Do you know what they will do? During the course of your conversation they will frequently ask you to wait.... and they will take ages to get back to you. Either you will hang up frustrated or the battery will go down! How is it!!! So tell all your friends : DO NOT GO FOR MTS..IT IS ONLY 'EMPTY YES' !!!
