Believe me - Dont buy MTS proucts. Review on MTS MBlaze

BUY MTS MBLAZE IF YOU ARE A FOOL

I bought MBlaze because its unlimited use prepaid package for Rs 999. And I feel that was the only positive point. BUT THAT WAS A POSITIVE POINT - - -ONLY OF I WAS ABLE TO USE IT.

I got this dialer, paid money but was not able to use it for 20 days because MTS guys misplaced my papers. And Please note - <> I complained many many time and even wrote to their Nodal and applet officer. But they DID NOT DO ANY THING.

Now again, while re-charging on 24th of Feb 2011, their system gave an error. we tried once again but their system gave the same error. Both time, money was paid by my credit card company. MTS promptly reversed one of the charges of Rs 999. But what about activating the dialer? It was not activated even though they have my money in their pocket.

The process is that the money will be refunded to Credit Card company in 10 working days(effectively 12 to 16 calander days). Why not use that money and activate the dialer? No way - MTS is penny wise pound foolish. And why 10 working day? why not 2nd or 4th working day? May be because the complaints are so high that they are not able to handle.

What happens if my next recharge also gets stuck? No answer.

What if money does not come after 10 days also? The 1st level call center executive write to the higher authority and the idiot customer will wait for next 10 working days.

So it is 15th of March and my money has not yet come. MTS defaulted again.

MEANWHILE - If any one has fought MTS and won, please let the world know so that we can also take MTS to task.
