My complaint no. was jul/5482. I recharged on 16th july for 6 GB monthly plan. I downloaded some big documents and some good songs ONLY on 17th - resulting some 1 GB (MAX).
Today I called them inquiring about my low speed they told me that you have consumed 6 GB in 5 days. They told me that I have used 3 GB as big big use and rest 3 GB for browsing. (really amazed). They are the biggest cheater and I am the biggest fool to go for MTS.
