It's ok. Just go for it. I have used in Mumbai for a month. In that only one night made me frustrated with 20-50kbps connectivity speed. other than that its normal b4 buying I checked with some friends using it was a positive feed back. It was the only one which had better signal reception in most places I visit, & better than netconnect & photon, so I decided for MTS
my exp:-
avg speed 400-1.5mbps
P2Psharing files downlaod -40kbps(avg speed)
normal download speed range 50-400kbps
customer care: not contacted so far
Initially my Sony vaio(64 bit OS) had hangup s when ever I inserted "mts modem "in it . Always shows driver not installed. I tried downloading new app from mts and installed.& tried sum patch files, drivers, other modems were working fine. Tried so many things.changed my default browser to Firefox, unselected the connect automatically option, problem is now solved
My netconnect friends r crying with far low speeds. comparatively MTS is ok than rest. I do travel lot, let's see how MTS does! & update upon this.
