Hi,
The worst company to havea relation with in India is MTS
I was using MTS product(MDN-8453169987), I disconnected it on 2/11/11(Service Request Form Number - 004709) and paid the outstanding amount of INR 1393(Receipt No: 20988625).
In spite of that, I was harassed both in email and telephonic conversation to pay an imaginary outstanding amount of INR 2750. In spite of repeatedly communicating to them that I dint need to pay you anything, they initiated a case against me.
The best part was, I was in middle of an important meeting. And I got a call from One Lawyer saying that I need to pay the outstanding amount (I don't owe anything) immediately or face the face. So, I had to pay that immediately(now this is a new strategy MTS is following to increase their revenue, bill the guy who doesn't owe anything to MTS).
I have a suggestion, why don't you guys start MTS relief fund, and start begging. I have all the documents ready, and has been shared with MTS. But MTS has never told me when they are going to refund my Money.
Please don't buy MTS, its not all worth the money you pay. And this is my personal opinion.
