Worst piece of hardware in the telecom space.As a ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER, I would strongly recommend *NOT TO TAKE THIS MTS DONGLE EVER.
The dongle would not connect in less than 10 tries, and once connected might die out in less than 10 minutes.
I have made so many complaints to call centre and have been assured that same will be repaired/replaced but neither it is being replaced nor the SERVICE BEING delivered. On top of it, every month they send the BILL for the PLAN MBLAZER ARP 6GB Unlimited 2397 with a caveat that pay or the service will be disconnected. I have been paying for last two months but this month I have refused to pay and am asking for refund of last one month (as I could not use the service at all).
