I'm from Bangalore and using 2 MTS data cards. One data card is wifi and other one is regular USB. I requested to cancel the USB model but they are not cancelling the data card connection!
I contacted customer care several times but they are totally useless. They don't know English and speak only kannada. They pretend you will get maximum 9.8mbps but to be frank, the maximum you will get is 2-3mbps...
