Guys and Gals,
I generally don't write reviews but this one time, I want to warn all of you Software Engineers out there who are willing to invest in this stupid device.
Very bad customer support. There technical support guys do not work on saturdays and sundays. Imagine, the rest of the week you are in office and on weekends they are on leaves.
Speed was promised at around 512 kbps, but I didn't even get 1 Kbps at any point of time.
Cunning and cheat Retail agents, and pathetic technical support people.
No follow ups on your complaints.
Guys, don't go for these data card things yaar. Instead get a broadband and save yourself the anger and frustation.
