I got a new connection from MTS Mblaze Ultra wifi. But after activation I never get the speed more than 100 kbps. I can't believe that they promised for 9.8mbps but just web page opening takes more than 5 minites.
They are cheaters.don't buy it.thats the reason they are providing with cheap rates.Customer service is very bad.more than 5 times spoke to them they are technically not qualified as I belive.they said hust to clear all browsing history and temp files then your speed increases.
They think that this is the first time I am using the computer.they are not really helping.just they are showing that they are doing something to increase the speed. Hence I suggest don't ever.ever go with MTS. Best to buy some other service if it is costly also. I am asking for refund and return back this connection.I hope this will help to the people who is thinking about MTS new connection.
