MTS is the worst connection in the market today. When I bought the dongle, they promised minimum of 1-2 Mbps, getting Mbps speed is a far-off scenario. From the time I bought the dongle, I did not get speed more than 500 Kbps and I normally have speed of 100 Kbps.
Their customer service is worst than their speed, in order to make people buy their product they will say many things, but once they sell off their product they hardly care for their customer.
Its been a month, since I bought this dongle and I have called them numerous times about the speed issue, but they didn't come up with any concrete solutions.
They will always raise a complaint and say that they will send some engineer to my home, to solve the issue but till now no one has come, and every time I call up they have the same standard answer that they are working on the problem.
Seriously horrible experience, if I had the least idea that they fool people like this, I would not have taken this connection and I request everyone not to take this connection.
