I subscribed MTS dongle internet service. I had quite standard usage. However bill which I received from MTS was quite big amount as compared to bills for previous usage from other service provider. I called for the data log from MTS used for billing & compared to data log captured in my MTS dongle. All connecting logs are captured, still billing data log showed more data usage than actual dongle data usage capture. It is almost 40% more! Reply from customer care as usual - without answering to my specific questions, got the predefined std. reply.
I closed my account completely paying all the dues. But still getting bills till date!
Regarding speed - Good in Bangalore city as they have very less customer base. MTS connects only in bangalore city & not in any part of Karnataka state. However MTS promises availability of connectivity all over Karnataka. Reply on the connectivity complaint on other cities of Karnataka is just baseless as they request to check my system!
Beware of MTS billing fraud . before choosing their service
