HAVE TO BEAR IT. Review on MTNL Triband ADSL

HI TO ALL....

I have been using this triband for >15 months on the yearly basis and I have paid for 9more months in advance.

i would not say its good, but I have no other choise.

there is no doubt that it has good speed and easy access but cant say for how long.

a big zero in service and support, your complaint will b attented only after a weak (according to me, my personal experience)

its better than reliance or tata indicom by a mile and cheaper than sify.

i have to bear it bcoz I have no better option.

IMPORTANT

KEEP UR MODEM OFF WHENEVER NOT USING NET ( EVEN IF COMP IS OFF) OTHER WISE U WILL HAVE TO PAY A GOOD AMT IN BILL. I HAD TO PAY APPROX 2000RS EXTRA FOR 1600MB DOWNLOAD ABOVE FREE LIMIT IN ONE MONTH !!!.!
