My experience with MTNL dail up connection is disasterous. I am eager to share it with all of you becoz it has troubled me a lot. The webpages do not seem to open for ages as the connection is as slow as 22,000 bps. To add to the irony even if they open the operation has timed out. I am fed up of the extremely slow speed. It is high time that the concerned officials do something about it.
