I have applied for a MSwipe device on 8th of November 2016. I was been informed that I will be provided with the device within 10 working days however its more than 25 days now and still I have not recieved my device. I tried to contact Mr. Shailesh to whom I have provided with all the required document and an initial payment of INR 3000/-. He says that the device is getting delayed from Bangalore team. I am unable to understand where are we getting delayed & does this take such a long time to configure a device on customer details. Still now I haven't received the device and I am totally upset now. They are not even answering my calls now. They are really pathetic.
