Initially, I was Happy to get their Portable small POS Machine. But When I transacted over 50, 000 Rs. then they put them on hold. I took money from my customers & it should reflect to my bank account but THERE These Cheaters HOLD your money & demand 72 Hrs. after raising ticket.
then if something again in dispute, again they open a new forwarding ticket & keep you hold for next 72 Hrs.
I kept calling their customer service, they keep you sending emails to HOLD team with no facility to talk over phone.
Its 7 days, & I am still waiting for their reply on my HOLD Transactions. Please Understand, The Transaction from customer side was successfull, but the MSwipe company is fraud, to HOLD for pathetic reasons.
