There are no water bottles for passengers I have seen people asking for water which included in there ticket price. The conductor is saying we have already complained they are not providing the water on busses please you guys complain. The individual seat lights are not working. It’s really pathetic when u think that these are the best busses and u come across this kind of experience. You guys should take care of your staff and your assets. I don’t know where this complain will be replied back or not.
