I will say “worst”.
service center: MR Hyundai, sahibabad, Ghaziabad.
it was my second free service. As a new car owner I was not very much aware of car parts and other things and with out doing any pre research by my own, I believed on MR Hyundai person and got cheated.
to make the good amount bill, they include many unnecessary items in service and send me the bill and unfortunately I paid it.
But later I got to know by my friend that I have been looted by them. When I ask about it with MR Hyundai ppl, they first deny to accept their cheating. But when me and my friend ask to GM of the MR Hyundai to justify themselves, he start saying—“ phle aapko kch nhi pta tha, aur ab bhut knowledge aa gyi h car k bare main.”
But when we ask him same to justify again n again, Then he agreed to provide 1500 rs refund as cheque and told me that it will take 1 week to process.
It was more than 3k rs amount that should be refunded but still I agreed to 1.5 k only, thinking whatever will be refunded is fine than nothing.
After waiting 2 weeks I called them but they told me, one senior official is not available in office to sign the cheque, so it will take few more days.
Then they keep saying this every time I called them.
After 3 weeks MR Hyundai person ‘kalpana’ asked me to come to collect the cheque and when I went there, they said we didn’t asked you to come here. There is no cheque, come later.
GM behaved like I am Torturing them by asking about the refund. That was frustrating And even gov office are better than these peoples.
Now even after 1 month and 2 weeks there is no cheque . GM of MR Hyundai blocked my mobile number, customer care officer is not picking call, customer care agent are saying: we cant do anything, talk to GM.
So their whole team worked as a unit to confuse and cheat me.
First their service person looted me, then their customer care peoples wasted my time and top over that GM gave tension in extra.
